1. Complete Your Website Onboarding
To begin setup, monitoring, and ongoing support, we’ll need access to your website and hosting environment.
Please complete the onboarding form below so we can properly configure your care plan services.
For security purposes, we recommend creating a temporary administrator account for Hilson Designs instead of sharing your personal login credentials.
2. Website Review
We’ll review your website setup, plugins, security, and overall performance.
3. Monitoring & Protection
We’ll configure backups, monitoring, and optimization tools.
4. Ongoing Support
You can begin submitting updates and support requests once onboarding is complete.
Most websites are fully onboarded within 24–48 hours.
